Our Head of R&D co-authored a new study on solid lipid nanoparticles conjugated with a targeting peptide, designed to improve how aggressive breast tumors are detected through combined MRI and SPECT imaging. The work highlights how peptide conjugation can meaningfully sharpen a nanoparticle's ability to find and mark its target — a principle closely related to the encapsulation and targeting challenges we work on at Peptide Center.
